1. Acceptance of Terms

Needless to say, the use of the services provided by enfolderr.info (edasi "Teenus") on the enfolderr enfolderr.info (edasi "Veebisait") on behalf of enfolderr (edasi "Ettevõte") on all users (edasi "Kasutajad") is subject to the following Terms and Conditions (edasi "Tingimused"). By accessing or using the Teenus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Tingimused. 2. Use of Service

Ettevõte reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Teenus at any time, without notice, for any conduct that Ettevõte believes violates these Tingimused or is harmful to other users of the Teenus, Ettevõte, or third parties, or for any other reason.

3. User Obligations

As a user of the Teenus, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration forms and to maintain and promptly update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Tingimused, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

You agree to notify Ettevõte immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Ettevõte will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on the Veebisait, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Ettevõte or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Teenus for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Teenus or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Teenus or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Ettevõte. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Veebisait, except as follows: your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ettevõte, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors, or assigns be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Teenus; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Teenus; (iii) any content obtained from the Teenus; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall Ettevõte’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the Teenus during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The limitations set forth in this section are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between you and Ettevõte. You agree that Ettevõte would not provide the Teenus absent such limitations.

6. Disclaimers

The Teenus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. Ettevõte does not warrant that the Teenus will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Ettevõte makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information provided through the Teenus. You acknowledge that any reliance on such content or information will be at your own risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, the liability of Ettevõte shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ettevõte, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising
